Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VTD LTD (“we”, “us”) processes information in connection with the mobile app DydyWorld and the website dydyworld.com.
1. Data controller
The data controller is VTD LTD. For privacy requests, use the contact options available on Google Play for the DydyWorld listing.
2. What information we process
DydyWorld does not require an account or your name, email, or phone number to play.
Depending on your device and settings, the following may be processed:
- device technical data (for example model, OS version, language, advertising identifiers),
- app usage data related to ads (for example ad display events),
- diagnostic data needed for advertising services to work,
- local game progress and settings stored on your device (for example unlocked levels).
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
DydyWorld uses ads provided by Google AdMob (currently a banner ad). The ad provider may collect and use device identifiers and activity data to show ads, measure performance, and prevent abuse.

4. In-app purchases
If we offer purchases later (for example remove ads), payments are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details — Google processes them under its own policies.
5. Website dydyworld.com
The marketing website may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, visit time) needed for hosting and security. The site does not create user accounts.

6. Purposes and legal bases
- providing and maintaining the app (legitimate interest / performance of the service),
- showing ads and monetization (consent or another basis under local law / platform ad settings),
- security, abuse prevention, and technical diagnostics,
- complying with legal obligations.
7. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers acting for us or independently (in particular Google / AdMob and Google Play) as needed for ads, app distribution, and website hosting. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Providers (including Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. They use mechanisms required by applicable law (for example standard contractual clauses).
9. Retention
Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Data held by ad providers is retained under their policies.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- objection,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent),
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

11. Children
The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for identification. If you are a parent and believe a child provided data to us, contact us through Google Play and we will delete it to the extent technically reasonable.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted at dydyworld.com/privacy.html with an updated date.
